Dinner: 170 grams of fresh or cooked vegetables as a complex sandwich, 1/2 cup of cooked beans.
Dinner: 115 g tofu, fried mushrooms with 1 cup and 1 cup podded peas 2 cups steamed rice.
Dessert: 2 patty with rice, 2 teaspoons jam or jam.

Dinner: 1 cup chili (stewed vegetables), 1 ear of corn freshly brewed 1 cup of fruit salad.
