She says that consuming fruits separately and in salads, it really burn up to 5 pounds per week. Joan recommends fruits that most quickly “burn” the extra fat: apples, kiwi, citrus.

Diet for three days:

Day One
Breakfast: half a melon, half yoghurt pots.
Lunch: Salad with slices of kiwi, oranges and strawberries, mixed with the contents of one package of yogurt.
Dinner: half a grapefruit, 170 gr. lean chicken meat, vegetable salad dressed with lemon juice.
Dessert: 2 plums.

Second Day
Breakfast: A cup of berries, mixed with a quarter cup of cereal (“Grand-la”).
