Dutch diet

Your attention are suggested by the Dutch diet, designed for 7 days. Moderate diet that ensures a feeling of satiety and loss of up to 5 kg at the end of the course. Recommend combined with physical activity – at least charging in the morning.

Monday
morning:
1 cup of fruit or corn flakes, 1 cracker with bacon or sausage, 2 cups of tea
11am: cup of coffee, 1 slice of cake (cake, biscuit, cookies), 1 fruit
Lunch: 2 sandwiches with a slice of ham, scrambled eggs with one of half a tomato and onion, 1 cup of semi-skimmed milk
16 hours: 2 cups of tea, a cup of broth
Dinner: steak or grilled meats, asparagus (broccoli), a bit of mashed potatoes
dessert: fruit, light yogurt with fruit pieces, 2 cups of coffee

Tuesday
Morning: 1 sandwich with sausage or cold boiled meat, 1 slice of cheese 20 gr., 2 cups of tea
11:00: 2 cups of coffee, 1 biscuit, 1 fruit
Lunch: 1kusok bread, processed cheese, kiwi fruit, 1 cup of milk or milk beverage
16 hours: 2 cups of tea, cup of broth
Dinner: 1 beef patty with ham and cheese, 2 small boiled potatoes
dessert: 2 cups of coffee, 1 fruit, light dessert (marshmallows, jellies, jelly)

Wednesday
Morning: 1 light yogurt 2 tbsp. liter. cereal, 1 cup orange juice, 2 cups of tea
11:00: 2 cups of coffee, cake (cake, pie, cookies), 1 fruit
Lunch: 2 sandwiches with ham and onions, 1 cup of milk
16 hours: 2 cups of tea, 1 cup broth
dinner: turkey breast, prigotolvennoe favorite way
dessert: 1 cup light fruit yogurt, 2 cups of coffee, 1 fruit, lemonade

Thursday
morning: two sandwiches with cheese strudel, processed cheese, 2 cups of tea
11:00: 2 cups of coffee, 1 biscuit, 1 fruit
Lunch: 2 sandwiches with ham, cucumber, tomato, 1 cup semi-skimmed milk
16 hours: 2 cups of tea, cup of broth
dinner: French burger (lamb with garlic, red wine, pepper, olive oil, cream) with broccoli and mashed potatoes
dessert: 1 cup yogurt, lemonade, 2 cups of coffee, 1 fruit

Friday
Morning: 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 cups of tea
11:00: 2 cups of coffee, 1 slice of cake, 1 fruit
Lunch: 2 sandwiches with jam, 1 cup of milk
16 hours: 2 cups of tea, 1 cup broth
Dinner: 600 cod, cooked your favorite way, 4 tomatoes, a little parsley and olives pitted lettuce. Garnish – pasta.
dessert: 1 cup light yogurt, 2 cups of coffee, lemonade, fruit

Saturday
Morning: 1 sandwich with sausage and melted cheese, 2 slices of roast beef, 2 cups of tea
11:00: 2 cups of coffee, biscuits, fruit
Lunch: 2 sandwiches with sausage and onion, boiled egg, 1 cup of semi-skimmed milk
16 hours: 2 cups of tea, 1 cup broth
Dinner: 1 cup of tomato soup, 1 stokbrod (30 g of beef, onions, tomatoes, 1 tbsp. l. tomato puree, thin slices of cheese
cutlet and bake blind), 1 cup of semi-skimmed milk
dessert: 1 cup light yogurt with apple and cinnamon, 2 cups of coffee, 1 cup sherry or wine, cheese or ham

Sunday
Morning: 1 toasted toast with scrambled eggs and tomato, 1 cup orange juice, 2 cups of tea
11:00: 2 cups of coffee, 1 biscuit with apple butter, 1 fruit
Lunch: 2 sandwiches with sausage (ham), asparagus and yogurt sauce and ketchup, 1 cup milk
16 hours: 2 cups of tea, 1 cup broth
Dinner: 100 grams of pork neck with cheese, mushrooms, seasoned flour, pepper, and red wine
dessert: 1 cup light chocolate pudding, 2chashki coffee, fruit
