Diet to reduce appetite

Action: loss of appetite, weight loss

B – a glass of milk, a piece of pita, the dried in the oven or swords, oiled honey

SECOND WEEK
Breakfast:

B – cup of tea with milk, black bread with honey

Brunch:
A – 2 slices of black bread with butter or cheese, a cup of tea

THIRD WEEK
Breakfast:
And – a cup of coffee, a piece of black bread with honey
B – a glass of milk with honey, bread

Brunch:
A – yogurt, brown bread and butter, boiled egg, radish
B – a cup of tea, 2 slices of bread with ham, 2 tomatoes

Snack:
A – steak, fried without oil, spinach with sour cream, a glass of juice
B – rice, stewed mushrooms, broth, 2 apples

Dinner:
And – a glass of milk, stale bread, cheese
B – a cup of tea, bread and chilled boiled beef, apple

FOURTH WEEK
Breakfast:
And – a cup of tea, bread with honey
B – a glass of milk, brown bread and butter

Brunch:
A – 2 slices of bread with butter and low-fat cheese, yaloko
B – stale bread and butter, 2 boiled eggs, apple

Lunch:
A – chicken with vegetables, mashed potatoes, lettuce, juice or jelly
B – fat-free broth, beans in sauce, boiled potatoes with herbs

Snack:
A – carrot juice, biscuit
B – a cup of coffee, bread

Dinner:
A – low-fat yogurt, stale bread
B – 2 slices zleba with liver pate, radishes
