Brazilian diet

Diet designed for 14 days. Eighth day repeats the first, and so on. Two weeks is likely to lose up to 5 pounds, but opinions diverge nutritionists – a diet rich in protein and has many contraindications, as well as based on eggs that will not be to the liking of those who does not like them.

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs, coffee, lunch – boiled meat (chicken or lean beef), greens (spinach, lettuce) dinner – one boiled egg, parsley.

Breakfast – one boiled egg, lunch – boiled or baked fish, tomato, dinner – 2 boiled eggs, a cup of coffee without sugar and cream.

Breakfast – one boiled egg, a cup of coffee, lunch – two eggs, tomato, dinner – fish, boiled or baked, vegetable salad with lemon juice.

Breakfast – one egg, a cup of coffee, lunch – a piece of boiled meat (chicken, beef), a salad of cucumber, dinner – roasted chicken, salad greens and tomatoes, a cup of coffee.

Breakfast – one egg, a cup of coffee, lunch – baked chicken, vegetable salad, dinner – roasted chicken, baked or fresh apples, a cup of coffee.
8-14
Menu 1 is repeated on day 7
