Thursday

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, lettuce 200 grams, 50 grams of lean cooked sausage or ham

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 100 grams of cooked sausage, 1 tomato or a few radishes

Saturday

Lunch: 2 apples or oranges, glass of sour milk or buttermilk
Dinner: a glass of milk, 125 grams of cottage cheese

Sunday

Dinner: 1 cucumber, 100 grams of cooked sausages
Dinner: bunch radishes, 100 grams of cheese
