Protein diet was designed by Pierre Diukanov – famous French nutritionist and is based on the increased uptake of proteins, the main products which are registered in the permitted list are those that are high in protein and vegetables. It all depends on what you want to achieve: just slightly correct figure and get rid of two or three extra pounds or take for themselves thoroughly, that is to constantly work on themselves, achieving significant results.

1. Phase “attack”
Eat: beef, veal, white meat (chicken, skinless turkey), liver, kidneys, any fish, seafood, low-fat dairy products and eggs. All this can be mixed together. Drink up to 2 liters of water daily. Recommended to introduce oat (2st.l) and wheat (1st.l) bran for proper bowel function. In the first stage there is an active weight loss.
When excess weight less than 10 kg phase duration is 3 days;

from 10 to 20 kg of 3 – 5 days

from 20 to 30 kg of 5 – 7 days

30 kg or more – 5 -10 days

2. Phase “alternation” or cruise
The diet of all products are permitted in the first stage plus raw or cooked vegetables in unlimited quantities: tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, spinach, asparagus, green beans, cabbage, celery, mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, peppers, carrots and beets.
Scheme is as follows: the alternation of “protein” days with days’ proteins plus vegetables. ” Can be alternated as desired – 1/1, 2/2 (if you want to lose less than 10 kg) 3/3 (10-20 kg) 5/5 (20 kg).
Interleaving scheme can be changed at any time.
In this phase allowed:
-1 Teaspoon nonfat cocoa

3. Age of “fixing” or consolidation.

During this phase allowed the following products: all that was allowed in the first phase, the second phase of vegetables, 1 serving of fruit per day (except bananas, cherries, grapes), 2 slices of bread per day, 40 g cheese, 2 servings per week of starchy (potatoes, pasta, rice, beans, peas, corn porridge). 4. Phase “stabilization”
